  • When should I order my wedding invitation cards?
    Please place your orders for all wedding stationeries 3 months before the RSVP/Wedding date!
  • What is your leadtime on wedding invitations?
    Our general leadtime takes from 4-5 weeks upon finalising an order on our website. This timeline will start from the purchase, editing, drafting, printing and delivery to clients.
  • I need to rush this order! Are you guys able to help us out?
    Unfortunately, we NO LONGER take any RUSH ORDERS. Our printing partners does not accept any rush orders from us.
  • Do you do customised wedding invitations? How do we go about it?
    Yes we do! If you would like to have a design/type of wedding invitation that nobody else had before, or you would like to flaunt your artistic visual, please leave us an email at byinvitationonlysg@gmail.com. We will then work together to create your dream wedding invitation.
  • What delivery service do you use to deliver our cards?
    For normal deliveries (1-3) Working days: EasyParcel/QExpress For Express deliveries (1 day delivery): Uparcel/Grabexpress
  • Can I change the text if we already gave the green light for production?
    We recommend that everything is checked before you give us the green light for production. Any changes made after the green light has been given, an additional charge of $60/Nett will apply as that would mean halting the print house's operation.
  • How many amendments are we able to make for free?
    Clients are given 3 edits in total for free. This includes the whole stationery suite, or the wording from start to end. Any subsequent edits will apply charges from $2.00 onwards.
  • I really like your wedding invitation designs on your website! Can I just tweak a little of the designs?
    Unfortunately that would count as customised design. Additional fees of $60/Nett applies when it requires time and effort for our graphic designers to edit.
  • Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
    Payments are non-refundable. If your order is a rush order and/or we are unable to meet your deadline, we will definitely send a refund back to you.
  • There are typos made on my cards that we received, How do I go about this? "
    We recommend that client go through every detail before giving us the green light for production. We will not be held responsible if errors are made after printing is submitted or done.
